We use wedding details and photos supplied by the couple to create their invitation. Invitations can be viewed by anyone with the public link. Personalized guest links are a greeting feature, not an access password.

RSVP and messages

RSVP collects a name, attendance, party size and optional message. The couple and site administrator can view these details. If you leave a public message, it may appear after moderation. Turning off “Display my name” hides your name from the public guestbook; the couple still receives it privately.

We store a hashed request identifier and submission times to limit spam. Request-limit records are periodically cleaned up. We do not collect guest names in browsing event analytics.

Hosting and external services

Venue maps load from OpenStreetMap and map links may open Google Maps. These providers receive normal browser requests when their content loads. Purchases and order conversations take place on Etsy, under its own privacy terms.

Access and removal

Keep preview and RSVP management links private. Hosting lasts for the period in your order. Expiration takes the invitation offline; it does not automatically erase records. For corrections, a deletion request, or an access-link replacement, contact the shop through your Etsy order conversation. Guests can ask the inviting couple to relay a request.
