Online RSVP
A wedding website with RSVP built into the invitation.
Paper reply cards go missing, and group chats bury the answers. When the invitation itself collects the reply, your guest list stays in one place from the day you send it.
Why the RSVP belongs on the invitation
Every extra step between reading an invitation and replying to it costs you responses. A printed reply card asks a guest to find a pen, a stamp, and a postbox. A form on a separate site asks them to leave the invitation, open a new page, and find their own name in a list.
Putting the RSVP on the invitation removes both. Your guest reads the details, scrolls, and answers in the same place — usually within the same minute the link is opened.
What each reply tells you
- ✓Whether the guest is attending
- ✓How many people are coming in their party
- ✓A personal message to the couple, which you can moderate before it appears publicly
- ✓Which named link they replied from, so the answer is already matched to your guest list
Everything lands in a private dashboard only you can open, and exports to CSV for your caterer, venue, or seating plan.
Guest-name links, not a generic form
Each guest can receive a link that greets them by name. It changes how the invitation reads — and it means you never have to guess whether “2 attending” came from the cousin or the colleague.
You can see the greeting working on any design in the live demo collection, where the RSVP form is fully functional.
Common questions
Do guests need an account or app to RSVP?+
No. Your guests open the link in any modern browser — phone, tablet, or desktop — and reply on the page. There is nothing to install and no sign-up step, which is the single biggest reason RSVP replies get abandoned.
What information can an online RSVP collect?+
Attendance, the number of people in the guest's party, and a written message to the couple. Because each guest can be given their own named link, replies arrive already matched to the person you invited instead of an anonymous form entry.
Can I export my RSVP list for a caterer or venue?+
Yes. Your private dashboard exports every response as a CSV file, which is the format caterers, venues, and seating planners expect.
Can I moderate the messages guests leave?+
Yes. Messages appear in your dashboard and you control which ones are shown publicly on the invitation page.
What happens to RSVP replies after the wedding?+
Responses stay available for the hosting period included in your package — 6 months on Essential and Signature, 12 months on Bespoke — and you can export them at any point before that ends.
Ordering details and what each package includes are on the packages page.
See it before you decide.
Every design is a live demo you can scroll, open, and RSVP on — the same experience your guests will receive.
